Four steps are used to produce an NLFFF model from
Magnetograms and coronal images. First we take a global potential
field from a Carrington map comprised of a low resolution global
magnetogram and a high resolution magnetogram centered on the
active region; then we align coronal and chromospheric images to
the magnetograom and identify the location of the
filament; then we build a set of NLFFF models using flux insertion &
magneto-frictional relaxation; and finally, compare model field
lines with observed field lines to select the best fit NLFFF model.
